I'm getting Piper ready to take Xander to school, and he's in the kitchen playing with Roxie. He comes over to get his shoes tied and I say, "Pew! Xander you smell like a puppy!" he sniffs his arm and goes "Oh yea, I smell like a garbage can with dogs inside"

last night I went to the rehab home to pack some of Nanny's things, so she had clothes when she got to my mum's. Eric and the sleeping kids stayed in the car. Her room mate was thankfully out of the room but had left abc news on her tele. That channel's news team and little jingle always remind me of being at Nanny and Poppy's house. Sometimes, Xander hears words, and wants to use them before he knows what they mean. For instance just a second ago, we were playing pretend doggies and he says:
